Taraji Nominated for 2 NAACP Awards!

Taraji has been nominated for two NAACP AWARDS this year which are Outstanding Actress in a Television Movie for her role in the lifetime movie Taken From Me: The Tiffany Ruben Story, she is also nominated for Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series for her role as Detective Carter in the CBS show Person Of Interest.

I hope that our girl bring home some roles, I’d definitely love to see her win both awards :)

From The Rough & Think Like A Man Pushed Back!

Hey fans i have some news for you all. First to my knowledge the movie From The Rough will not be premiering in theaters on Feb 3rd anymore. I don’t know what happened to that, and there has been no word whatsoever on the change. The movie has no new release date. This is disappointing for me that the company behind this is not posting updates on the movie, or reasons as to why it isn’t being released. It may go straight to DVD but i hope not.

Think Like A Man on the other hand has a new release date, and will now be released April 20th, 2012. I am still ready to see this movie as well.
